Field Day 2021 Results

Field Day 2021 has come and gone.  This year’s Field Day was a repeat of last year’s, in that we operated individual stations using our own call signs. Our individual scores will be tallied and posted under the Haldimand Norfolk ARC name when the results are published in the December 2021QST magazine.

So, how did we do?  On a club basis, H.N.A.R.C. almost doubled our score from last year, 3790 points vs, 1900 last year.  On a total contacts made basis, the improvement was even more dramatic: 1356 QSO’s this year vs. 548 last year. Member participation increased as well, with 10 participating this year vs. 7 last year. Congratulations to all who participated, and a “pat on the back” to the club for the much improved results in FD 2021.

Special recognition to those that supported our "Operators" with logging and keeping our team at the station making contacts!

I think it’s safe to say that next year we can look forward to doing Field Day the good old way, as a club entry, operating Class A, with the BBQ and other social aspects we’ve been missing out on.

See you next year for Field Day 2022.
